General Warranty Statement

Maretron proudly stands behind every product it sells; however, individual product warranties vary. Please refer to the product’s User Manual for details on the warranty for that product. The individual product warranties found within the user manuals overrule this general warranty statement.

In general, and if the product is within warranty and found to have a manufacturing defect, Maretron reserves the right to repair and return the product. If the product cannot be repaired, then Maretron will replace the product with a new one.

Request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An RMA number is required to return any Maretron® product for any reason. An RMA doesn’t commit to any specific final action on Maretron’s part; it simply starts a process of evaluation. Purposes of evaluation include diagnosis of the product to determine what action will be recommended to owner of product (i.e., repair, replacement, etc.).

For safety reasons, all products must be cleaned and free of contaminants (e.g. diesel, grey water etc.) before shipping to Maretron or they will be returned without being evaluated
