Battery Switch Monitoring and Control – Basic System
Overview
This basic system allows the Blue Seas Systems remote battery switch to be monitored and controlled over an NMEA 2000 network using Maretron’s 4.1” color display. The state of the battery (On or Off) is indicated on the display and the battery switch can be turned On or Off from the display.
The following table shows the products included within this example system plus a list of the information or data available for display.

DSM410 | Helm Pod Display | Displays data in this list, monitors the data and sounds an internal buzzer if there is a problem |
RIM100 | Run Indicator | Monitors battery switch status (On/Off), counts and times battery switch On/Off |
DCR100 | DC Relay | Turns battery switch On/Off |
